About this house rental
Welcome to "Sol Mate"! Our home is in the Villas of Frangista, located in the heart of Miramar Beach. It is a new, quiet, gated community with cobblestone streets within minutes of the beach and a community pool. Sol Mate is close to favorite local restaurants and great shopping. Seascape Golf Resort is practically next door, offering the public tee times and lighted clay tennis courts. Stroll to one of the many great coffee places and enjoy a coffee beach-front, or check out Pompano Joe's, Whale's Tail, or Surf Hut for a bite, dip in the community pool, or catch some rays on our sunny sands!

Golf Cart Policy: Please note that a $500 refundable security deposit, a copy of your driver's license, and proof of insurance must be received per cart prior to your arrival.
Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities.
Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.
The Beyond Blue Difference: Our vacation homes are maintained above and beyond industry standards to remove any worry and make your stay with us an ideal, memorable vacation. Each home is professionally cleaned, services verified, and inspected before each guest's arrival. Our guest service team is available 7 days a week to help you before and during your stay.

We have enjoyed our stay at Sol Mate. The house's location in a gated community provided a sense of security for our family. The house is beautifully decorated with modern decor. The beds and furniture were all very comfortable. The bathrooms were very clean and up-to-date, with large walk-in showers. The golf cart provided was much newer than the one pictured in the ad. Using the cart added to the fun, and many destinations easy to reach without loading up in our vehicles. Many great memories made!

Overall a very nice property in a nice, gated community. Found the golf cart rental information to be confusing (just know there are separate emails and forms for rental house and golf cart). Listing says the community pool is heated in April-May, but it was FREEZING! House was clean, beds comfy and great location!

We had fabulous stay at Sol Mate. The home was clean and as pictured online. We had a little bit of confusion with codes on arrival. The team was easy to reach and provided quick responses and we had no issues after that. An easy company to work with.

Pros first-Great location, close to beach, golf cart comes in handy and is fun to drive around for beach access. Shampoo, conditioner and soaps were adequate and we never ran out of them. The bathrooms are spacious and for the party of 13 it was very comfortable to have 4 full baths. They did leave some board games, the sand bag toss and they were very helpful and appreciated. The backyard is not private but it was fun to hang out in the back and play in the yard. Kitchen is stocked and has almost everything you need to cook. There is no cutting board in case you need it, but they do have 2 slice toaster, coffee maker and blender.Cons-Uncomfortable beds and very rough blankets 😩, the pool is NOT heated but the listing has it advertised like that. It was a huge let down for the kids since we had planned accordingly. They do not provide any extra trash bags at all, just placed 2 in the baskets that they have and literally not a spare. Dishwasher pods were provided for each night though. So please be prepared to buy laundry detergent and trash bags.
