Nestled in a charming gated residential neighborhood with not 1 but 2 community pools, this sun-drenched home is just a 4 minute stroll to the stunningly clear emerald waters and soft white sand. Spacious overall, this four bedroom, three and a half bath home boasts two large master suites, one that is easily accessible on the 1st floor and the other on the 2nd. Choose from two balconies to sip your morning coffee, and enjoy nearby conveniences to many shops, restaurants and attractions. When it's time to come back, kick up your feet in the tranquil courtyard. Utilize the grill, grab your favorite drink and watch the sunset.

*Student/college groups are not permitted. Due to restrictions by HOA, insurance and/or local ordinances, we are unable to rent to guests under the age of 25. ID's will be checked by security staff and they have the right to refuse entry as well as evict guests found to be underage. For every 4 underaged guests, they must be accompanied by 1 parent at all times. A full guest list is required at the time of booking and the primary renter must be present at check-in and during the remainder of the reservation - this will be checked upon arrival and throughout the stay.
*An additional waiver to drive the golf cart is required in addition to our guest rental agreement.
*A form of damage protection is required with all reservations: You may opt for the accidental damage protection that is already included in the quote or the $2,000 refundable security deposit. Only one is required. See the rental agreement for full details.
*Please enter exact dates and occupancy to see the most accurate rate. The rental price is subject to change based on season, holidays and other factors. Changes to the reservation may cause the rate to change.
*VRBO guests who cancel 60+ days prior to arrival will receive a full refund less a $300 cancellation fee. Losses upon cancellation may be avoided if you purchased a Travel Protection policy and the reason for cancellation is covered under those terms and conditions.

The place had enough room for everyone and the proximity to the beach and pool was great. The golfcart added the ability for easy access to restaurants further down the beach. I was disappointed that there wasn't much to do closer to the house at night, it seemed like everything closed at 9. We also had construction next door, which created a lot of noise and dust. The house would shake everytime they hit the ground with the skidsteer and the workers were blocking the road with trailers in front of our house. Overall it was a good vacation. I would say the rental was maybe a little overpriced for the amount of things we had to provide like papertowels, trashbags, laundry detergent, grilling utensils.

What a great place to stay! The house was located just 2 blocks from the beach, everything you needed was within walking distance, stores, restaurants, shops, liquor store etc. But the availability of the bikes and the golf cart just made getting around fun! Sitting at the beach all day, then going to the pool in the afternoon was great! And when you didn't want to go out to eat the patio with the grill was made for just hanging out and grilling. So many things to do and see, I will be back next year! We really enjoyed our stay and will be telling all our family and friends!

The house was perfect for a big family. Plenty of space to have a wonderful vacation. Close to the beach and the golf cart was nice to use for getting around the area.

What an amazing place! It was perfect for the family and the grandbabies! The beach was so close we had less than a 5min walk. I highly recommend Diamond gulf rentals! The staff was amazing! April came out and helped us with an issue with the golf cart and Austin was also very helpful! Bruce was the master of golf cart fixes!
