This house is everything it says it is! Plenty of space for 12 people. The house is clean and inviting. Super easy to get to the pool and the beach. My family said that they preferred the house to a condo. The only thing that needs to be noted is, the Cresent, where you have to go to get your bracelets, closes at 5:00! If you don’t get your bracelets before 5, you can’t go to the pool or the beach, on that day. Otherwise, an easy 5 stars!! Ty Sean

We arrived and found the property had not been cleaned. There was even poop on a bathroom rug and one bedroom had a strong urine smell. The property manager apologized and said no one had been scheduled to clean. He found someone and they arrived around 7 pm and were still cleaning at 10:30 pm when we allowed them to leave because it was so late. Two of the bedrooms still had comforters that were washed but not dried yet so those bedrooms had to sleep with only sheets. We were promised a refund for two nights of our stay but have not received it and I have texted and sent messages on the VRBO app and have not received any responses.
