We enjoyed the house very much! It was easy to get the wrist bands from the resort next door and we enjoyed the pools and the beach! Thank you for having beach toys for our toddler grandchild and a portable crib. It was nice to be able to spread out on the tables on two of the decks and enjoy the fresh air and have coffee and play games. Nice to be able to walk to restaurants nearby. The furniture in the living room was very comfortable. Thanks for a great place to stay!

We arrived and found the property had not been cleaned. There was even poop on a bathroom rug and one bedroom had a strong urine smell. The property manager apologized and said no one had been scheduled to clean. He found someone and they arrived around 7 pm and were still cleaning at 10:30 pm when we allowed them to leave because it was so late. Two of the bedrooms still had comforters that were washed but not dried yet so those bedrooms had to sleep with only sheets. We were promised a refund for two nights of our stay but have not received it and I have texted and sent messages on the VRBO app and have not received any responses.
