La Terrazza is a new development in the heart of Miramar Beach. These twelve amenity-filled, Mediterranean inspired villas are open, airy, bright, and inviting. With a large community pool and private beach access, these homes are perfect for families and small groups looking to stay close to both the beach and some of the area's best shopping and dining options.
At La Terrazza 950A, visitors are welcomed to this professionally decorated home by an open living area. With a contemporary and coastal feel, this room is equipped with a 75-inch flat screen television and comfortable furniture for lounging. The living room shares a full bathroom with the king bedroom. The dining area offers ample seating, in addition to the four bar stools lining the island in the kitchen. There is also a generous private patio off the first floor, complete with a grill and additional seating perfect for an evening outdoors or a morning cup of Joe.
On the second floor, guests will find the washer and dryer. The spacious king bedroom provides an en-suite bathroom, complete with a stand-alone stone shower. All second-floor bedrooms and bathrooms are well designed and decorated to create a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The second-floor bunk room has a twin over twin bunk and a full over full bunk with trundle, sleeping seven. The bunkroom includes a large bathroom with a shower-tub combination. An additional second-floor king suite has a spacious walk-in closet and a spa-inspired bathroom.

The house was great! We had a fantastic time. Just a few suggestions to help future guests: needs a water hose by the front door since the water doesn’t work over at the beach access, an air fryer, a pod coffee maker, cheap options of either can be purchased for 20-25, kitchen sink leaks underneath, (We kept a bowl underneath), and the dryer vent hose is filled with sand so the dryer vent won’t close correctly. That’s a small price to pay to live near the beach, but definitely needs attention. We also paid 200 to park our 3rd car elsewhere bc we were told there were no other places to park on the property, but there are 6 empty spots in the back that remained empty all week. Would have been nice to know we had that option! Otherwise it’s a wonderful place to stay! Loved the many towels, washcloths provided, great set of dishes/ cookware, just a really nice place. Would love to stay here again!
