Cercanía al centro. Muy completo el loft con todas las comodidades en 30 m2. Cama doble cómoda. Baño muy amplio. Parking Santa Clara por 12 euros diarios a 20 metros gestionado por la gerencia. Comunicación rápida y perfecta por booking y wasap. Instrucciones de entrada claras. Limpieza de todo y hubiera sido un 10 si no fuera por la presencia de hormigas que entendemos por ser un bajo. La información y fotos son exactas. Buena relación calidad-precio.
La pequeña presencia de hormigas que fuimos mitigando en el paso de los 4 días que estuvimos teniendo que guardar toda la comida en nevera. La tv no tiene canales de antena es todo por aplicaciones de internet. El toallero no funcionaba no calentaba pa secar las toallas.Ventanales a pie de calle con doble cortina algo que ya sabíamos. Todo ello no fué óbice ni para avisar a gerencia ni para hacer una estancia agradable.

Todo muy cercano a nivel servicios y la zona centro se puede hacer a pie perfectamente.
en la zona del baño se filtra un poco el ruido de vivienda de encima. también si durante la madrugada pasa gente haciendo ruido y al ser pie de calle se escucha. Pero nada exagerado.

What a refreshing stay for two tired pilgrims! We had a communication glitch on our end, but the staff was excellent, very responsive. The apt had everything, including a good coffee maker! Comfy bed, hot shower, spacious, close to stores and restairants. Loved the storage, even a shoe rack.
