Sehr geräumiges und sehr gut ausgestattetes Appartment in bester Lage.Die Tiefgarage ist einfach zugänglich. Alles wie beschrieben.Ausreichend Stauraum und viele Einbauschränke. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche.Grosse Terasse, im Sommer sicher sehr angenehm. Ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
In der Küche muss die Tür am Unterschrank unbedingt befestigt werde. Die Wasserhähne in den Bädern sind sehr schwer zu bedienen.

La ubicación y el parking incluido en el precio le dan muchos puntos. Está ubicado a una calle de todas las tiendas comerciales. Tiene dos supermercados muy cerca de casa y bares en la misma calle para desayunar, comer/cenar.
Los baños del piso. Los grifos no se abrian con facilidad, no sabemos si por la cal o el sistema de instalación de éstos. A parte de eso, en un par de ocasiones, perdía agua y, si no te dabas cuenta, rapidamente se mojaba todo el lavamanos. Costó regular el agua y salía fría de golpe o caliente ardiendo.

Un piso espacioso con salón grande y terraza, equipado con todo lo necesario. Ubicado en un barrio tranquilo, no lejos del casco antiguo. Hay tiendas y cafeterías cerca.
Los grifos necesitan una revisión, sobre todo los de los baños. Están muy apretados, los niños no pudieron abrirlos.
