Cerca del centro, todo muy bien decorado y limpio.
Los vecinos de arriba un día les dio por ponerse a mover muebles y pasar la aspiradora a las 12.00 de la noche.

La ubicación.
El precio demasiado elevado para la relación calidad-precio. Respecto a otros que he estado en sitios como en Santiago. Las presentaciones muy justas.
