Ubicación, flexibilidad en la atención (check-in más temprano).
A pesar de que la ubicación es excelente (pleno casco histórico), los niveles de ruido pueden ser excesivos hasta altas horas de la noche (estuvimos en un período de fiestas). Por otro lado, si bien para nosotros no fue un impedimento, debe tenerse presente que el apartamento se encuentra en un tercer piso y no hay ascensor.

Great apartment in centre of town. Lots of room with a kitchen & washing machine.
It didn’t worry us but it is on the 3rd story with only steps.

Balcony, very spacious, washing machine, Croissants and milk from the owner, owner was very friendly during email conversations
Lot of noise from party people down the street until 6 a.m. on 2 of 3 nights of our stay .... ok with Ohropax ... but not relaxing. Also the double bed is quite small for two persons. The washing machine was great, but nothing to hang the clothes up.
