Lo mejor la ubicación, la comodidad del apartamento y el trato del anfitrión. Calidad precio inmejorable. Pese a ser un bajo, la calle es muy tranquila habitualmente y las ventanas están muy bien insonorizadas. Los servicios disponibles alrededor del apartamento lo hacen aún más cómodo, como el parking y los supermercados. La entrada y salida en coche muy sencilla y a dos minutos del casco histórico. Ideal para familias.
Cómo única pega, pensándolo mucho, si hace mucho calor no tiene aire acondicionado y solo hay un ventilador que en nuestro caso lo dejamos en el salón para los niños. No veo necesario un aire acondicionado por el clima del lugar y por el aislamiento del apartamento pero estaría bien un segundo ventilador para las noches más calurosas. No hemos estado en invierno.

Ubicación perfecta, céntrica y cómoda. Había un parking de pago en la misma calle, pero a unos 5 min andando se aparca fácil gratis. El apartamento es cómodo y está en perfecto estado. Cuenta con todo lo necesario (lavadora, plancha,secador de pelo, y utensilios de cocina). Todo prácticamente nuevo. El anfitrión muy amable y atento a todo. Muy recomendable. Volvería.
Quizá diría que al dar las ventanas a pie de calle, la privacidad es algo limitada pero tiene cortinas (estores) que te aíslan de los vía andantes.
