The apartment was very spacious and at a very central location. It was very comfortable and clean as well, and the owner was very nice and seemed very available. We had absolitely no problem, and the check-in / check-out was also very smooth, despite us arriving and leaving at unusual times
In the center of Pontevedra there is bin collection happening in the night, so if you keep the window open while sleeping you might be sometimes woken up.
But this issues is not specific to this apartment, and you would get it with any other apartment, unless is outside the town.
