La limpieza excelente y la ubicación. Un sitio muy confortable y amplio. Con lo necesario para una estancia media -corta está en el cetro de la vida de día y de noche de Pontevedra al lado de tiendas, bares y restaurantes.
Por decir algo las escaleras algo incómodas por si se aloja gente con dificultades por edad. Y .. si es fin de semana lógicamente el ruido en la calle, pero hay que saber donde se va (buenas ventanas que aíslan bastante).
