Good location, terrible hosts
Location and parking were good, very close for all Clifton has to offer.
The communication from this company is terrible. It’s constant rules and regulations it put me off my stay before I even arrived. You have to pay a £300 deposit, sign a contract for your stay, threats of vehicle clamping. If you’re worried about stag doo’s or parties don’t decorate the apartment in a cringe James Bond theme. And you can’t claim luxury when the beds are extremely uncomfortable, this is an average apartment with a good face lift

Disappointing but well-located flat.
When we arrived there were a number of problems with the property (freezer unusable, pictures fallen off the wall, crockery and cutlery dirty, old sock found in the bedroom). We managed to phone the agent and he came round to sort and did a reasonable job and was very apologetic.
The poor maintenance (see the comment above about freezer unusable, pictures fallen off the wall, crockery and cutlery dirty, old sock found in the bedroom) made it difficult to really enjoy the experience. It would have been nice to have a real table rather than the edge of the breakfast bar and more than one sofa to sit on.
