This spacious 90m² apartment is located on the 1st floor of a beautiful Haussmann building, accessible by lift. Designed and decorated by the architects of The Lander, each space reflects the elegance and refinement characteristic of the Parisian style. The apartment has three sumptuous queen-size bedrooms, each equipped with its own bathroom (with 3 toilets of which 2 are separated), all beds have hotel quality and a maximum comfort.
The living room equipped with a flat-screen TV and the dining room offer an ideal space to relax, discuss or work. The open kitchen, fully equipped, allows you to live the Parisian culinary experience according to your desires.
The apartment also has a washing machine / dryer, a Nespresso coffee machine, and provides us with linens, towels, as well as high quality welcome products. We offer a daily cleaning service to guarantee you a refined atmosphere throughout your stay. Each room is air-conditioned.

This apartment was fabulous for 4 adults and an active toddler. The management company was in contact with us regularly and always had a quick response if we had any questions or needs (like the crib we needed for our toddler and nearby grocery stores). The main living space was very comfortable in which to relax, and the kitchen is well stocked. The layout is well designed and everything was of high quality. The location is super convenient re shopping as well as the Louvre. Access to the apartment was provided in ample time ahead of our arrival. There is an outer door from the street into a courtyard which added to a sense of security from the street. There are a few steps to navigate before accessing a small elevator which was a big help to get our luggage upstairs. Despite being on a busy street we found the apartment to be quiet and we slept very well.
