One parking spot is guaranteed while others are on a first-come, first-served basis. Each spot is numbered for the unit or labeled as 'Visitor'.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This was a cute little two bed/ 2 bath on a second floor walk-up. The master bedroom had a king, and the second bedroom had two singles with trundles. The couch was fairly comfortable for laying around. The bathrooms were stocked with linens and complimentary bathing items. The laundry room included a washer and dryer, plus iron and ironing board. I didn't look through the cabinets because it was planned for a short stay without cooking meals, but there was a dishwasher, fridge and stove in the kitchen. It appeared to have all basic necessities a house should have. There was a front porch and a back patio. The back patio had several Adirondack chairs with a view of the ocean between this row of condos and the high-rise condos next door.
The beach was a short walk to the end of the complex and across a boardwalk. There was a place available to wash the sand off when leaving the beach. There was also a pool that we used on the night of our arrival. The area was clean with many chairs for sitting and lounging.
Overall, I'm very happy with our stay. From the cleanliness of the condo to the pool area to the short distance to the beach, everything was up to expected standards.
