About this apartment rental
You may fall in love with this terrifically decorated two bedroom and two bathroom condo, with plenty of lovely artwork, and a gourmet kitchen. In addition to astounding views of the Gulf and sand, you are close to popular shops, restaurants, and outdoor activities. Comfortable seats are in the living area, and a flat screen television, a DVD player, and a stereo system are here for entertainment. The stainless steel appliances and granite countertops in the kitchen may inspire some cooking, so all the items you need are within easy reach. The pair of stools at the breakfast bar is great for a quick bite, but for a real meal there is a table with six chairs. You can also dine on the tiled balcony, where a table and four chairs are available. Your colorful and lovely master bedroom suite provides a king-size bed, a wall-mounted flat screen television, a stereo system, access to the balcony, and a bathroom with two sinks, a granite vanity counter, and a large step-in shower with a grab bar, and glass panels. The guest bedroom offers two full-size beds, another flat screen television and a DVD player, and a bathroom with a sink, granite vanity counter, and a combined tub and shower with glass panels.

Nice unit with great view, inlet view was super nice.
Nice location. Did have issues with deadbolt not activating from inside & sometimes from exterior & old fluorescent kitchen light not working.
That being said the kitchen ware (pots & pans & knife set) were hideous! Common occurrence with VRBO.
Toxic scratched up 10 year old Teflon skillets is all someone with dietary restrictions or those who choose to cook their own food are given. Sad. I would give 5 stars but the decision of the owner to not provide basic stainless steel pots & pans with lids is unacceptable. Nobody in America should be cooking with toxic scarred Teflon!

Phoenix East is where we prefer to stay. We love the condo and its location. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone going to Orange Beach.

This was a last minute girls trip. The manager was super nice with any questions. The unit is the perfect size! It was very clean and comfortable with a BEAUTIFUL view! We are making this an annual trip and hope to stay here next year.
