About this apartment rental
Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This condo is our home away from home and is perfect for a family or group to simply relax with the sand and water just steps away.
Each stay comes with 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 laundry pod, 1 dishwashing pod, and 1 trash bag. Please expect to need to provide your own beach supplies. Some items are left by other guests, but I cannot guarantee their condition or quality! Also, please note that there aren’t any grills on the property.

Perdido Dunes is located on Perdido Beach BLVD and is a small 2 story building in between the Pheonix East and Pheonix 8.
Parking:
There is one designated parking spot for our unit, directly in front of it. Please note that there are only a handful of extra parking spaces on the property, and they are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Vehicles parked in another unit's parking spot are subject to being towed.
Your check-in time is 4 pm, and you will receive a time-sensitive code to enter on the keypad each time. The code becomes active at 4 pm on the check-in date and expires at 10 am on your checkout date. So, make sure all your belongings are out of the condo by 10 am checkout date!

We had just a great time. The place was clean and the beach was right there. Perfect place for a quick long weekend.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beach condo! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. It’s just steps from the beach, and we appreciated how close it was to restaurants and shops while still being peaceful at night. The host was responsive and made check-in super easy. She let us know that the dishwasher was recently broken and was kind enough to drop off some paper plates/bowls and utensils so we weren't constantly washing dishes.The shower in the guest bathroom did drain quite slow, so my husband pulled out a ton of hair from it. The dryer also looked like the lint trap hadn't been cleaned out in quite so time, so he spent a good amount of time clearing as much of that out as possible. These weren't major issues though, something he deals with kind of regularly at home.We'll definitely book here again though next summer!
