Beautiful updated condo with an awesome direct gulf view. 2 bedroom 2 bath condo, a perfect place for a relaxing beach vacation.
Granite counter tops and tile flooring, wood plank tile in bedrooms and baths.
Sit in the living room and enjoy gulf/ beach views thru floor to ceiling glass windows and sliding glass doors. Sofa sleeper in living room. Flat screen TVs in living room and bedrooms.
The Master bedroom has a King bed with floor to ceiling windows and a sliding door to the balcony. Flat screen with DVD player. Master bath has oversized granite counter vanity with tub/ shower combo. The guest bedroom has 2 queen beds, flat screen tv with DVD player. The attached bath has a granite vanity with tub/ shower combo.
We provide WI-FI, bath towels, wash cloths, ironing board, hair dryers, starter size toilet paper, paper towels, soap, dish washer detergent and a full size washer/ dryer. There is a ice machine in the lobby on the first floor.
This unit has easy access to the elevator. We will try and reply quickly if there is a problem or question. This condo has access to many amenities. Indoor heated pool and hot tub, Outdoor pool, Kiddie pool.
Direct access to the sugar white beach.
Basketball court, Vehicle charging station, Tennis/ pickle ball court, Poolside grills with covered eating area. Parking passes required by the Phoenix properties, guest will purchase parking pass and you will recieve email 2 days prior to check in with info to purchase pass.
