The oceanfront views are spectacular when you stay in this one bedroom condo in a Resort. You will love looking out from inside the room or sitting out on the balcony and watching the ocean waves. It is a 6th floor Unit at the Daytona Beach Resort.
Fully Furnished with two queen size beds in the bedroom, dresser, TV.
Open concept from the bedroom (no door) to kitchen and living room.
Bathroom is large with bathtub/shower and vanity.
Living room with queen sofa sleeper , TV/dresser.
Kitchen is equipped to cook and make your meals during a comfortable stay.
Kitchen table/chairs.
Non Smoking/No Vaping Resort/Room/Balcony
No Trailer Parking
Primary Rental Must be 21

Daytona Beach Resort had damages from Hurricanes Ian and Nicole in Sept and Nov 2022. All amenities are closed all pools, jacuzzi, fitness room, sauna, restaurant, tiki bar. There is beach access still available right next door (North of the building).
We expect repairs and construction during 2025.
Parking garage is closed. One Parking pass is found inside the room to be placed in your vehicle. Upon departure you would need to leave it inside the room to avoid a $60.00 fee. Limited parking is available in front of the building. Parking is available across the street behind Bellaire Plaza, off Plaza Blvd.
For Beach access you would need to exit from the front lobby, make a right and walk passed the parking garage, make a right and it is between the two buildings. Also you have water to wash off your beach items.
We can guarantee a clean and comfortable stay, but unfortunately we can't guarantee that the amenities or parking at the Resort.
Parking garage is closed and parking is available by following map posted in the lobby.
You will find One parking pass inside the room. Please display the pass on your vehicle windshield. Only one parking pass per Unit. You must return the parking pass inside the room prior to check-out.
We welcome last minute rentals.

My husband and I rented this condo for a music festival at Daytona International Speedway. It was PERFECT. There’s a beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony where we enjoyed our coffee each morning. Beach access was super close and Vita was amazing!

Tv in bedroom did not work. Only tv in living area worked. Ac did not cool off room.
