Beachfront, indoor and outdoor pool, full kitchen in unit 1212
Self check in did not go well bc we did not receive code to get into unit and the front staff cannot help bc the unit is privately owned. We waited four hours with many calls to finally get door code to get in. The unit really needs to be updated, huge roach in unit, the resort needs A LOT of work. One pool and outside hot tub were out of order and access to beach from pool is destroyed and needs to be reconstructed. There is a huge mess and eye sore that needs immediate work to clean up and make the resort much better. The parking is tight especially with all of the dumpsters and material in the parking lot that takes up a bunch of parking spaces. The resort/unit is way overpriced for the quality of the place.
Staff was very friendly but should have access to unit to check in bc waiting four hours to get in is unacceptable.
