By far the worst VRBO we have ever stayed in. Dirty, filthy carpets, multiple broken or missing items. One fork provided for 4 of us. Luckily we ate out. A dirty manky tea towel with holes in it provided. The whole place had a musty awful smell which has lingered on all our clothes. But worst of all….shockingly no response from Prim Short Stays the management company other than one email to say ‘sorry it’s not up to your expectations’. Disgusting customer service and appalling business to be associated with.
