Suite Antico Seminario is the result of a restoration completed in June 2023 which brought to light the original floors of the 1800s: mosaic in the living area and antique oak, first patina, in the master bedroom.
It is located on the first floor of an elegant building, used as lodgings for seminarians in Verona, in the historic district of Veronetta, lively and colourful, full of artisan workshops and vintage shops.
Suite Antico Seminario is a three-rooms apartment of about 110 sqm, finely renovated in 2023, very bright and decorated with care and attention, furnished in a modern and sophisticated style, truly unique!
The accommodation consists of:
- an entrance
- a living room with three windows with an armchair, sofa bed with 20cm memory foam mattress and 43'' Samsung smart TV, equipped with a modern kitchen from Veneta Cucine® with 8-seater dining table
- a 15m3 master bedroom with double bed and memory foam mattress, 43'' Samsung smart TV, industrial style wardrobe and dressing table with large mirror
- a second bedroom of 12m3 with double/twin bed and memory foam mattress, wardrobe and luggage table
- a bathroom complete with sink, toilet, bidet and large shower, and in the ante-bathroom you will find the washer-dryer
- a comfortable balcony overlooking the historic buildings of lively Veronetta
Suite Antico Seminario is equipped with free wifi (fibre), air conditioning, induction cooker, fridge and freezer, electric oven and microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, capsule coffee machine, cocktail set, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, smoke and monoxide detector.
Furthermore, our washer-dryers are equipped with the Mix Power System+ technology, which allows you to get white laundry in less than an hour with the use of water at 20° instead of 40°, saving time and reducing energy consumption.
The price includes bed linen and towels: bed linen for each guest, two pillows per guest (one Made in Italy memory foam and one synthetic certified Standard 100 by OEKO-TEX®), one towel per guest, bath towels, shower mats and bath products with natural ingredients.
At your disposal you will find a selection of Borbone coffee pods and teas.
The accommodation is suitable for up to six people (one double bed + one double/twin bed, plus a sofa bed).
Guests can access all parts of the accommodation (except for the closet used by the cleaning staff).
