Die Unterkunft ist groß und die Lage ist top!

Es ist leider sehr umständlich an die Schlüssel des Apartments zu kommen. Wir kamen mit dem Zug in Verona an, mussten dann mit dem Gepäck und bei fast 35 Grad 15 Minuten lang zu Fuß zu einem Ort gehen, wo der Schlüssel in einem Postfach abzuholen ist. Dann muss man wieder einige Minuten zur nächsten Bushaltestelle gehen. Leider kann man dann nur ein 3 Haltestellen fahren und dann muss man erneut fast 15 Minuten lang zum Apartment gehen. Das ist nach einer langen/anstrengenden Reise nicht ideal. Die Unterkunft ist nicht sehr sauber. Einige Möbelstücke sind alt bzw. beschädigt/abgenutzt und sollten dringend ausgetauscht werden!

Great location! The river is just around the corner, with shops, restaurants, and a market all within easy walking distance. We stayed as a couple with two single friends, and the flat was perfect for our group. It has one double bedroom and a room with two single beds, as well as two bathrooms, which made our stay very comfortable. The apartment is bright, spacious, and has a large living area. Many attractions are within walking distance, making it easy to explore the area without needing transport. The building also has a lift, which was very convenient and meant there was no need to climb stairs.

The larger bathroom could benefit from some refurbishment and general updates. It would also be helpful to install locks on the toilet doors to ensure users' privacy is respected and to avoid interruptions while the facilities are in use.

Hot water only worked sometimes. Picking up the key was a nightmare as it wasn’t on site and nowhere near the unit.
