Great location.Grim entrance hall. Shock deposit!

Truly excellent location near shops and restaurants. The property has a little terrace which is nice and the flat is clean, spacious and modern. However…

The entrance hall downstairs is disgusting. Pigeon shit. Rat droppings. Smelly. Dark. Awful. There is a 600 euro deposit. Which was a shock to me. (there is a tiny mention on one picture -‘caution’ in French is deposit). It meant we were frankly scared to touch anything in case they took our deposit. They were also stingy with toiletries. Two shower gel sachets for two people for three nights. Once you got in the flat it was fine. Communication was just automated. No personal contact. I sent one message. It went unanswered.

Lovely modern and clean apartment in a great location.

Modern, well equipped apartment in a central location. Handy for shops, restaurants and a lot of the lovely attractions in Caen. The apartment was super clean and we loved the little balcony. Communication with the host was good.

It was super hot this weekend. It would have been handy to have a fan. Also a few more toiletries would have been handy.

We would not recommend this apartment to anyone.

After a very long exhausting trip from Australia . We were dropped off by taxi a few streets away from the apartment. It was very difficult to find the address. It was raining. The front door to the building was very difficult to open. The entrance was dark and not been swept for a long time. There was no lift. The 45 steps were difficult to negotiate with our heavy suitcases. This apartment was not of a standard we are used to. We turned around and caught another taxi to a very nice hotel. So we did not use the apartment at all.

Highly recommended.

The flat was attractively decorated in a modern style and very well equipped for self-catering. The veranda overlooking the courtyard made breakfasting a pleasure. Manon was helpful in explaining by telephone and WhatsApp how to use the fob key ( a type I had never come across) to gain entry from the street on our arrival.

Tout est parfait l'appartement, le charme, le coeur de ville, le calme et l'équipement

Très bel appartement cosy bien équipé calme et confortable niché tout en haut d'un petit escalier avec une petite terrasse au coeur de la ville. C'etait parfait !

Point de chute idéal à Caen

Très joli petit appartement au cœur de la ville de Caen, littéralement à deux pas de toutes les commodités (boutiques, commerces de proximité, restaurants...) Décoration de très bon goût, aménagement bien pensé, équipements top, iterie confortable... et même un petit balcon. Que demander de plus? Grande réactivité et amabilité du service conciergerie. Un point de chute parfait, tant pour le travail que pour les loisirs !

Hypercentre de Caen, appartement très calme, trés bien équipé et joliment décoré. Pierres apparantes, poutres, en parfait état, beaucoup de cachet. Je recommande !

Un appartement très agréable.

Un appartement spacieux, avec espace nuit séparé et confortable (très bonne literie, draps, housse et couette de bonne qualité). Tout est neuf, avec décoration soignée. Équipement ménager complet et de qualité. Un appartement très calme, aucun bruit de rue. En résumé, "comme à la maison".

Un accès via rue piétonne et un escalier de trois étages un peu contraignant. Nous aurions apprécié deux trousseaux de clé et badge.
