Nice place

The B&B is located in a cozy and peaceful neighbourhood. Our room had an amazing view on the surroundings.

During our stay (January) breakfast wasn't provided to the guests. All the facilities (supermarkets, boulangeries, restaurants,...) are reachable by car, or by +20 mins walking. The room is quite small and, considering you can't use outdoor terrace and swimming pool in wintertime, you could feel a little bit constrained. Bed and pillows were quite uncomfortable.

Beautiful apartment with a great view

We initially had an issue with our apartment, it had a very bad smell (apparently the previous guest smoked inside the room, which is not allowed). We told Dane and got another room very spontaneously, even though everything was fully booked! We really appreciated the great service with our request. The second room was perfect, the outdoor area is very beautifully designed and the view from the pool is amazing. If you travel by car you can easily reach the city and a big supermarket in a few minutes. We did not try walking to the city, as it seemed a bit far for us.

The apartments around the pool are very close together and you hear a lot from your neighbours.

It’s perfect placed, 5 minutes from Saint Paul de Vence by car. There’s a shopping centre 5 minutes away and easy access to the coast. The view is amazing. The pool is great. There’s a fridge, coffee machine, kettle and microwave in the room so we could easily make our own meals. There is a parking area inside the property.

Super séjour ☀️

Séjour très agréable, les hôtes sont chaleureux et au petit soin. Le logement est conforme à la description et l’emplacement est idéal très calme et reposant. L’extérieur est super et la piscine très propre ☀️

Petit bémol : absence d’équipement pour cuisiner, ce qui peut être un peu contraignant pour un séjour prolongé.

Schöne Unterkunft mit ein paar kleinen Haken

Süßes Zimmer . Gute Lage . Schöne Ausstattung( Mülltüten,Kaffee etc). Täglich frische Handtücher . Wir durften sogar 3 Stunden vorher einchecken 😍

Leider lebt ein recht großer Hund auf dem Gelände der regelmäßig auf der Terrasse und sogar öfter im Zimmer auftaucht . Der Pool ist an zwei andere Appartments angebunden ( frontal vor deren Terassen) was ein bisschen das Gefühl vermittelt der Pool gehöre den anderen Gästen . Man fühlte sich ein bisschen wie ein Eindringling obwohl die Nutzung für alle gleichermaßen möglich ist .

Bellissima scoperta

Un vero angolo di paradiso con una vista impareggiabile. Gli alloggi sono abbastanza essenziali negli arredi, ma sono forniti di tutto l'occorrente. La piscina è il punto di forza di questo alloggio, meravigliosa. La titolare è stata molto gentile. Posizione eccellente per esplorare la zona.

Se ami il silenzio e rilassarti a bordo piscina è il posto giusto

Ci è piaciuta la pace e la tranquillità del posto. Vista incredibile, bello lo spazio esterno con sdraio e tavolino per fare colazione e piscina praticamente in esclusiva. La posizione della struttura è perfetta per vedere i paesi in zona facendo pochi minuti di auto. I proprietari sono super accoglienti e disponibili.

Forse è mancata qualche stoviglia in più per fare la colazione in autonomia.

Alt var perfekt for is. Skøn rolig beliggenhed, men samtidig tæt på Nice områdets mange byer og aktiviteter. Flot udsigt til Saint- Paul-Vence fra pool og spise området. Dejligt og pænt værelse. Den sødeste og mest hensynsfulde vært, der meget gerne ville hjælpe og lavede et lækkert afvekslende morgenbord.
