This place is simply wow! 🌟 You honestly can’t find a better place to stay while visiting Saint-Paul-de-Vence. Maison Louiza is located right in the heart of this charming French village – a true gem! The atmosphere, the details, the view… everything felt like a dream come true. The hosts welcomed us with genuine warmth and impeccable hospitality. The feeling we had during our stay is hard to put into words. And that view from the terrace – absolutely breathtaking! This is a place we’ll definitely return to, not just once, but many times again. 💛

The epitome of the medieval village on hilltop, do not miss St Paul de Vence

Absolutely a time-travel trip, located in the middle of village on Grand Rue, a tiny medieval village on top of hill. Spectacular once you get there. Recommend highly, better than Eze which we visited days later. do your best to get Res at La Columbe d'Or and Remparts (right below La Maison Louisa)

Understand the hassle of driving into the village.... no cars allowed. Marjorie had to come to main gate and give us card to get through, then very tight tight tight lanes to maneuver to park in cemetery. Plan on a mini-suitcase for bringing to Maison Louisa from car. Once all located and settled, worth the effort.

Magical French experience with a beautiful host

Ornate sweet clean location in magical St Paul de Vence. Marjorie was lovely and communicated well with us. The kitchette has a gorgeous balcony where we shared an afternoon champagne whilst looking out over the stunning backdrop.

We can't complain. For the amount we paid it is a wonderful experience

Beautiful room right in the old village. There was a communal kitchen downstairs where one could make tea/coffee etc, and a tiny balcony with an amazing view. At night it was very quiet. The host, who was in the little shop downstairs during the daytime, was really friendly and helpful.

We really enjoyed staying at this charming place!

What a charming little place, with access to everything required to make the stay comfortable! Marjorie is a wonderful host, very helpful and friendly. The accommodation and the whole experience was superb.

A small little bureau/work table might have been helpful for me. It was a little bit of a struggle to get to the parking area through very narrow streets, and also to get to the room with baggage from the parking, but nothing that can be done about it, because of the layout of the area of St Paul de Vence. So this is not critique. :)

Regretted not staying longer in this 10/10 accomodation!

Incredible locations and view from the patio that the host allowed me to access. She was beyond kind, helpful, and professional. The room had no flaws and you couldn’t ask for a better spot to be, right in the middle of this magical town. Make sure to take a look in her shop as well.

I should have stayed longer. No flaws. The front door lock can be a bit tricky!

it is 7 min long walk from bus stop, taxi drop off point along cobbles, steep steps. Not good with heavy suitcase. Breakfast not provided:except basic tea coffee. Difficult to buy fresh bread vegetable fruit as village is all tourist shops cafes restaurants. cooking smell on terrace from Les Ramparts grill in evenings, but not noisy. Almost impossible to buy any fresh ingredients eg bread ( except at deli cheese shop) fruit /veg in near vicinity as all tourist shops, art galleries, clothes, cake/ ice cream, and restaurants

The outside door lock very hard to use. The parking was not good for us; the French are better at tight roads to get to lot. Our room was nice and big; it needed a comfortable chair.

The most wonderful place to stay in Saint Paul de Vence!

This was by far the best stay I had on the whole Cote d'Azur. In fact, Maison Louisa is one of the best places I've ever stayed at. From the wonderful host Marjorie, to the incredible location and the beautiful room, everything was just perfect. This is a small B&B that has been carefully designed and is spotlessly clean. And it's very quiet, too! There's a beautiful kitchen area and terrace with spectacular views, that can be used during the stay also. I will happily stay at Maison Louisa again and next time, I'll make sure to stay longer! Merci beaucoup, Marjorie!

Challenging to get parking but we knew that going in. I’d recommend not driving into the town as the roads are extremely narrow and difficult to navigate!

La Saint-Palouse is a beautifully prepared two bedroom property in St Paul de Vence. It was perfect for two couples as in addition to the bedrooms the ground floor has a well equipped kitchen and dining table, a reading area and a little terrace with a great view. Everything is designed with great style and taste.

Wow… this is a beautiful property, it was the highlight of our holiday in France. The location is perfect at the heart of Saint Paul de Vence and everything was exceptional. Very tastefully done with high attention to detail, high quality linen and very comfortable bed. Hostess was very kind and considerate. The terrace had amazing views and espectacular sun setting overlooking the mountains. Highly recommend, will stay again.

なんと言っても、城壁の中ということ！夜のお散歩も早朝のお散歩も街を独り占め出来ました！スタッフの女性はとてもフレンドリーで、重いスーツケースを2階まで運んでくれたり、笑顔もチャーミングで優しくて感動しました！部屋は広く、快適です。小路側の部屋でしたが、もう1つの部屋からはもしかして絶景が臨めるのかもしれません。でも、とても味わいのある部屋で、昼間は観光客でいっぱいですが、夜は静かで快適でした。リビングラウンジは冷蔵庫やコーヒーメーカー、レコードなどのオーディオも完備！もっと使用したかったです。そして、可愛らしいテラスからの眺望は最高！でした。一人旅に特にお勧めです。ひとつだけ困ったのが小路側のホテルの鍵でした。スタッフの方が開け方を教えてくれましたが、実際はとてもコツがあって、かなり苦戦していたところ、前の店舗の女性が親切に教えてくれて助かりましたが、とても難しかったです。スタッフの女性も開けにくいとおっしゃっていました( ˊᵕˋ ;) 宿泊される方は、開け閉めをスタッフの方と練習した方が安心です。部屋の鍵は問題ありません。それを差し引いても最高のホテルでした！スタッフの方、本当に素敵な方です！入口は彼女が働くブティックです。

Consigliatissimo, centrale, pulito e suggestivo

Posto centrale e nella via principale del borgo molto suggestivo. Struttura molto pulita. Host disponibile e gentilissima. Ci ha fornito una guida per fare il check-in altamente dettagliata che non avremmo potuto sbagliare anche se avessimo voluto. La stanza privata è comprensiva solo di camera da letto e bagno, il resto è della parte comune. L area comune è ampia ed è composta da cucina e terrazzino con vista. La cosa buffa è che se si arriva di giorno ( o si va via come nel nostro caso) si passa da una boutique che nasconde appunto il b&b. Ci sono solo due camere quindi rimane molto intimo. Abbiamo trovato solo aspetti positivi. Le foto presenti su Booking rispecchiano la realtà.

In realtà tutto perfetto, se dovessi trovare un difetto e che il bagno in camera non essendo in una stanza a sé ma essendo ricavato all’interno della stanza stessa lascia poca intimità, ma quando si è in coppia stabile questo non è un problema, almeno non per noi.
