I came to Norashen for birdwatching. So for me this B&B was perfect. As a solo traveller I always enjoy a setting where there is interaction with the owners. Here you are a guest in their house as well as in their family. I had a great room with balcony and a comfortable bed. Since I did not rent a car, I did not have a choice but to have breakfast lunch and dinner at the B&B and the meals were great! Fresh and tasty. The owners were very nice and would go out of their way to make me feel comfortable.
I liked everything about the accommodation, but that is because it suited my needs. Visitors must realise that it is a family farmhouse in a small rural village. There is no restaurant in the vicinity. One thing: if you are not used to the sounds of the countryside: bring earplugs 😁

The location of the house nearer to the lake. Old village house with all modern facilities in it. The owner has taken the minutest care to make this house. It's very beautifully designed. We are pure vegetarians and the owners gave us daily different delicious vegetarian Breakfast. The sweetest part was we were leaving for airport early morning at 7:00 a.m they packed and gave us breakfast the previous night for our next morning travel. They are a very lovely family.
I understand most European homes don't have fans or AC- a table fan for the summer will help during the day time.
