Всё точно, как в описании. Всё есть для комфортного проживания. И посуда и техника-всё в рабочем состоянии. И утюг с гладильной доской и сушилка для одежды… Владельцы квартиры быстро откликались на наши просьбы. Предоставляли и вазы для цветов и Турку для кофе поменьше размером. Нам здесь было комфортно и очень понравилось!!! К сожалению, есть недобросовестные гости, которые увезли с собой фен. Но и тут, владельцы быстро отреагировали- поехали и купили новый хороший фен в первый же день нашего заселения. Во внутреннем дворике уютное место для общения
У нас НЕТ замечаний и претензий. 😁😁😁 Мы ДОВОЛЬНЫ 👍👍👍

I even booked for next 12 months more stay there as permanent guest per month stay with same facilties and same money valuable.

Владелец очень хороший, встретил нас очень гостеприимно, помог с сумками, квартира очень чистая и есть все самое необходимое. Самый большой плюс- очень удобная кровать! Обязательно вернемся еще раз
До метро далековато, около 20 минут пешком, но на такси недорого добраться до центра. В целом рекомендую
