Понравился формат размещения в жилом секторе, а также дом, в котором я разместился - всё очень по домашнему, чисто, спокойно, тепло, ничего не отвлекает. Есть всё самое необходимое - плита, стиральная машина, ванная и душевая, санузел.

Хозяйка очень гостеприимная, если чего то не хватает, всегда можно попросить. Комната находится в частном секторе, тихий район.

Прекрасное отношение и сервис, уютное место и парк с озером недалеко. Все было просто великолепно, насколько можно ожидать от домика в частном секторе.

The location is a little away from the center but app taxis are readily available. The room has everything you need. It was a comfortable stay. The host even offered me some fruits.
It would have been helpful to mention that you can't stay out post-midnight. I was in Yerevan to experience the weekend life but the gate closes at 11:30-12 which I had not known earlier and was a major inconvenience. The lady who manages offered to 'make an exception' for me for one night and told me I could come back exactly at 2. It felt like too much trouble and work. The whole thing left a bitter taste in my mouth.
