KAR-SON family guesthouse & Tours

I've had a very great and relaxed time staying in the Kar-son family. The host, her family, the house were all lovely that I kept rebooking the same place over and over again. Everything was so nice and lovely that you didn't want to leave. I highly recommend staying at her place. Hope to see you again dear Kar-son family 🏵️❤️

Well conveniently located although can be challenging to find initially. Comfortable soviet room - feels like you have gone back in time a bit Wonderful hospitable lady who waited till midnight for us to reach.

Nothing to do with the property but a taxi warning - as first time tourists to Armenia, yandex taxi seems like a good price to come to leave the airport. Unfortunately, we got scammed by the driver en route to the property who refused to accept the amount stated when we got into the taxi at the airport and demanded an amount 10x of the original. On top of that, he didnt even drop us off at the right location and we had to walk for 10 mins to the property. Paying the slightly higher amount for an airport trasfer that the owner offers to pick you up from the airport will help you not get scammed and you will pay less in the end. All thoughout the host stayed patient and helped us get to the location despite it being late.

Amazing place, very nice host, great location. You could use the kitchen and washing machine. I would say this place is one of the best places I stayed in yervan. Its not a traditional hotel, but a big beautiful room, comfortable bed, good view even in winter. Close to metro station and not far from city center. The whole apartment is warm.
