The guest house is pretty close to the city centre, but in a very quiet location, so it's perfect for getting a good night's sleep. It's not easy to find at first, but we were provided with clear instructions and videos in both English and Armenian (for taxi drivers). There are quite a few studios, so you'll probably meet some other guests. The hostess Ovsanna is super friendly and speaks really good English and Russian. They own some dogs, which are really calm and friendly, and we didn't hear them bark once, but my girlfriend has a phobia of dogs and wasn't keen on them being around, so the kind hostess figured out a way for us to ask someone at the accommodation to get the dogs inside whenever we were going out or coming in, which was super understanding of her, thank you! Our place was not huge, but plenty big enough for 2 people, and I even managed to work remotely for a few hours each day. There is everything you need for preparing simple meals and even a washing machine! The bed was also really comfy!

As mentioned, the location is not right in the centre, and quite difficult to find on foot, so getting a taxi there is recommended. On the other hand, taxis are quite cheap in Yerevan, so maybe you save more by not being right in the centre. We paid around 1000 AMD ($2.50) each evening to get from the centre to the studios.

Very nice and warm place, with cute and friendly animals that create a unique, homely atmosphere. It's perfectly located — near to the center of the city, so all the main attractions are within walking distance, yet the area itself is very quiet and peaceful. A perfect choice for a relaxing stay!

This is heaven on earth. The place is so calm and vast. I feel like staying here the whole time and reading a book or hanging out with the lovely staff who are all artists or just great people, it’s amazing. It’s close to the city centre with a beautiful panorama of Yerevan. This is going to be my go to place whenever I visit Yerevan again.

Appartamento molto carino e accogliente, con disponibilità di utilizzare anche la lavatrice. La struttura piena di animali che ci accoglievano a ogni nostro ritorno. Ottima vista per il tramonto.

La cucina non era pulitissima e non avevamo strofinacci. Non ci sono stati forniti gli asciugamani, anche se, nota di merito, come li abbiamo chiesti ci sono stati portati subito.
