Good location, friendly staff, good wifi, they had a common kitchen that we used, nice room
The mattress was a bit hard and there was a ventilation fan or something running all night, maybe not the best for light sleepers

luggage’s needs to be taken through staircase, it’s quite noisy and difficult to locate

Maybe it's worth as much as you pay. of course I have to say that on the last day our water was cold and not hot anymore and the toilet hose was broken from start to finish and I had taken two single beds in case they gave me a double bed which upset me it is far from Republic Square and not very close
