River House Boutique Hotel

Pretty good, stayed for a night. Would have loved to stay longer if there was an availability. It was clean, thoughtfully decorated, and comfortable. A must book hotel in this price range 😊

Good location, nice host, quiet street. The price is the main advantage. Great for 1 night.

It's a private house with rooms for rent, not a "boutique hotel". Keep that in mind. We had one big old spring bed, the one that shakes all over if a person moves slightly, I haven't seen them for years in hotels. Great for 1 night, 2 max, but not more. Yes, it's cheap, but I'd consider a hotel instead if you have a long stay.

It's central and close to shops and main sights. Walkable about 10 minutes. The room was comfortable, clean and I got it at a great price. No issues finding it like in some other reviews. The host was travelling so his dad was taking charge and he is such a great guy! He organised my laundry, and as I had to be at the airport me at 1am and not sure if Yandex cars would be available (you can't schedule a ride like Uber or Bolt), he took me to the airport too.

A little bit of noise due to construction next door but it was minimal.

Central location, calm side street, access to the garden. Communication with host was ok and friendly.

Bathroom sink was clearly not cleaned and had stains. The last two days there was no warm water, even though the host tried to solve this. Room is very dark and has almost no daylight (which is fair if you are only staying there for sleeping).
