River House Boutique Hotel

Eşimle birlikte burada kalmaktan çok mutlu olduk. Otel harika bir konumda. Gezilecek yerlere yürüyüş mesafesinde. Metroya ve marketlere çok yakın. Odada ihtiyaç olan her şey var. Bahçede kahvaltı yapmak çok keyifliydi. Ama beni her şeyden daha da fazla mutlu eden şey evsahibi Nersen'in dostluğunu hissetmekti. Onun sayesinde daha güzel ve daha ucuz gezi planı yapabildik. Bizi hep doğru yerlere yönlendirdi. Ermenistan'ı çok sevdik ve çok mutlu ayrıldık. Umarım tekrar gidebiliriz.

This place is a true hidden gem. It is located right in the heart of Yerevan, within easy walking distance to a big supermarket, the Armenian food market, and the Vernissage Market, yet it was perfectly quiet and peaceful at night. The bed was super comfortable, the design is beautiful and clean, and the inner garden is absolutely lovely. On top of that, the host was incredibly welcoming. It offers amazing value for the price. We had to leave early for a flight and wished we could have stayed longer. I would definitely book it again!

Central location, calm side street, access to the garden. Communication with host was ok and friendly.

Bathroom sink was clearly not cleaned and had stains. The last two days there was no warm water, even though the host tried to solve this. Room is very dark and has almost no daylight (which is fair if you are only staying there for sleeping).
