Awesome location with a nice and easy walk to the beach. The aesthetics of the flat were very well done.

While the property has much to offer, it falls short of the luxury standard it commands. The furnishings noticeably flat-pack throughout undermines the premium feel, and the beds in particular need a significant upgrade. The dining area would also benefit from a more considered piece. A few carefully chosen artworks on the walls would go a long way toward elevating the overall atmosphere. With some investment in design and quality, this could genuinely be a standout property.

Fantastic setting, great location really close to the beach and ferry - both less than 5 mins away. Property felt relatively newly finished.

Property could benefit from a few small touches / soft furnishings which would really elevate the experience (side tables / coffee tables, coat hooks....somewhere to store / hang "stuff" like beach towels, coats, shoes, rather than having it piled up on the hall floor).

Great location.

Lack of basic amenities. Minimal crockery and cooking utensils. Lack of seating for 4 people in living area. No bedside tables in one room only one in the other. Main shower doesn’t work in main bathroom barely works in en suite. No hooks for hanging anything. Aircon in second bedroom is broken doesn’t switch off very loud. Only one oven tray. No where to dry washing up. Shower leaks in en suite. Tv signal poor. Not very homely. Fine as a group paying £200pp but if you had booked as a couple I would be very disappointed for over £800.
