Cosy apartment by the seaside

The interior design made the apartment very cozy and also,, being situated right by the sea, it was easy to go for a stroll and enjoy the view in the park across the road. Apart from these, the place was absolutely clean and well-equipped and everything looked brand new.

We had issues with some humidiity in the flat, but we managed to sort it out with the aircon. N.B. do not expect any view as the windows look out on some inner place.

Great service, very friendly host. Everything was clean. The kitchen was nice, it even has a dishwasher. It's right next to the beach. Great quality for the price!

The Wifi was only accessible through QR code (password didn't seem to work). And the weather was great, which made it hard to find parking spots.

Splendido soggiorno a Trieste: Sogno sul mare è un piccolo gioiello affacciato sul mare.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno splendido a Barcola, una zona meravigliosa sul mare di Trieste. L’appartamento in cui abbiamo alloggiato era davvero bellissimo: arredato con gusto, curato in ogni dettaglio e dotato di tutto ciò che serve per sentirsi subito a casa. La posizione è risultata strategica, con fermate dei pullman e parcheggi nelle immediate vicinanze. I mezzi pubblici per raggiungere il centro di Trieste erano frequenti e comodi. L’interno dell’appartamento era impeccabile: una cucinetta funzionale, un bagno stupendo e un letto molto comodo che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Un grande merito va anche alla proprietaria, una signora gentile e disponibile, che ci ha accolti con molta cortesia. In conclusione, un’esperienza assolutamente positiva che consigliamo vivamente!

Ein Geheimtipp! Wir kommen wieder!

Das Appartment liegt in einer wunderschönen Ecke von Triest, in Barcola - mit Bars, ausgezeichneten Restaurants und dem Meer. Baden ist vor der Haustüre möglich! Das Appartment ist klein, liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr komfortabel. Alles ist vorhanden, die Ausstattung von Küche und Bad ist top!! Unsere Gastgeberin war sehr zuvorkommend und immer erreichbar.

Italienische Gastfreundschaft + K.-& k.-Tradition = un sogno sul mare

Stylishe Ferienwohnung (mit vielen interessanten Fotos aus Alt-Triest), Küche und Bad auch technisch top ausgerüstet. Gastgeberin sehr zuvorkommend - hat sowohl uns als auch unseren Hund mit Geschenken (Flasche Wein, Leckerlis für den Hund!!) empfangen, zur Kaffeemaschine gab es eine großzügige Menge passender Kapseln. Parkplatz vor dem Haus ideal, denn man kann Triest und die Umgebung großteils vorteilhafter mit Bus oder Schiff erkunden. Zur Strandpromenade (auch ideale Auslaufzone für den Hund) muss man nur die (stark befahrene) Strasse überqueren, aber in der Wohnung ist absolut kein Straßenlärm zu hören.

Fast kein Tageslicht, was in der sommerlichen Hitze auch von Vorteil sein kann. Das "Minigärtchen" vor dem Schlafzimmerfenster ist ein gut gemeinter Versuch, "Natur" in die Nähe des Appartments zu bringen. Da es aber leider auch als Raucherzone dient, und wir wegen der starken Raucher von der gegenüberliegenden Wohnung die Fenster geschlossen halten mussten, sehen wir uns leider gezwungen, von der Höchstwertung einen Punkt abzuziehen - sorry!!!
