Alles perfekt, Top👍👍👍 - sauber, schöne helle Wohnung. Alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden. Sogar die Abfalleimer sind erkenntlich beschriftet, was für mich super ist, da ich das in Italien mit der Müllsortierung gar nicht verstehe. Darüberhinaus fehlt es an nichts. Jeder Raum hat eine Klimaanlage. Der Balkon ist groß und geräumig. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und das Haus ist ordentlich. Der Garten im Eingangsbereich ist wunderschön. Carla ist sehr herzlich und eine absolut angenehme Gastgeberin, die Kommunikation mit ihr ist wirklich schnell und zuverlässig. Man fühlt sich bei ihr sofort wohl, willkommen ! Eigentlich wie zu Hause. 😍🍀
Es gibt nichts was man beanstanden könnte! wir waren das zweite Jahr in Ladispoli, und die Wahl fiel sofort auf Carlas Wohnung. Nur schade das wir von vorne herein nicht für länger gebucht hatten…

la casetta è carinissima e dotata di tutti i comfort, non manca davvero nulla! La posizione difronte alla spiaggia è davvero comoda e anche suggestiva. La casa è anche circondata da servizi quali ristoranti, supermarket è quant’altro, quindi è facile muoversi anche a piedi.
La struttura nonostante la vicinanza della spiaggia era pulitissima, il personale davvero cordiale e disponibile. Tutti buoni motivi per tornarci!

Dès l'entrée dans l'appartement une odeur d'agrumes, de vanille et d’ylang ylang vous envoûte ....
Emplacement EXCEPTIONNEL au bord de la mer et proche d’absolument tout: commerces, transports, gare....etc.
Un hébergement accueillant, spacieux, très confortable bien équipé dans l'ensemble.. Carla est une hote très sympathique, très professionnelle, accueillante et très disponible elle répond à toutes vos questions très très vite.
Nous RECOMMANDONS CET HÉBERGEMENT FORTEMENT.
L’hébergement dispose d’un lave vaisselle mais il n'y a pas assez de vaisselle justement pour le rentabiliser et faire un roulement. Même remarque pour la batterie de cuisine. Sinon rien a dire pour le reste tout était parfait.

Choosing a seaside location for our stay near Rome turned out to be an excellent decision. Traveling to Rome by train was convenient (20min to Vatican), allowing us to explore the city's wonders easily before returning to relax by the sea. Our landlords were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment exceeded our expectations, being spacious, immaculately clean, and equipped with everything we needed. It felt like stepping into a home away from home, with every detail carefully considered for our comfort. From the modern amenities to the thoughtful touches, our hosts ensured our stay was not only comfortable but also truly enjoyable.
