conveniently located relative to the station and the beach, close to shops, restaurants, bars

rather old equipment, most sockets do not work, noisy, you can hear both neighbors and the street (next to the town square)

Good for the price

The place was large clean and had a refrigerator and clothes, washer, and air conditioning and a very fair price

Place did not have Wi-Fi, but did state that in the description. The shower was strange, and the only downside. Also there was a fair amount of construction going on outside, but did not effect our stay

Superb

It was really clean and very beautiful. Nice kitchen, nice rooms, big dining room… and also Ladispoli is great!

Unfortunately there is only one air condition so at night it was kinda hot in the rooms. And also during our stay the building was constructed from the outside and we didn’t know till we arrive - but fortunately the constructors weren’t that loud.

Beautiful suites, a wonderful surprise in the form of refreshments, a good sweet breakfast of cornetti with capuccini. Most impressive is the bathroom.

Beach town outside of Rome

The host was very nice and accommodating and worked 50m from the apartment, so she was always available to help with anything.

No wifi was a bit tough, but wasn't the end of the world.

Superb

A little bit outdated but fullty working apartment with large and spacious rooms and a great location. So was the outdoor space. The staff was kind and easy to get in touch with. Great AC.

The bedrooms was hot becausa there was no AC there (and it is a lot of noice due to the location in the toan centre). The days we were there it was som.problem with the sewer in the alley below the apartment so there was a nasty smell outside (not to blame Ladispoli suite though).

Superb

Very nice and clean apartment with specious, brighten rooms, comfortable beds ( apartment with 2 bedrooms - 2 single beds + one double). Well equiped (washing machine, hairdryer, iron). Big tarrace (but without furniture, besides 2 chairs). Good contact with host. Train station is about 7 - 10 minuts by walk with trains to Rome Termini (45 minutes) and San Pietro (20 minutes). Public beach about 450m with dark sand. Close to restaurants, bars and shops. Car is no needed. Ladispoli is a climatic small town. We reccomend this apartment. Thank You! :)

Excellent!

The location is excellent. Easy access to beach and shops etc. The host was very accommodating and made us feel welcome. Always available for any queries. Apartment is spacious and we experienced lovely cool breeze everyday when windows were open.

Can be a bit noisy because it is so central.

Casa decisamente accogliente in un'ottima posizione, a due passi dal centro, in una posizione strategica dove si sentono tutti gli eventi estivi senza che questi "invadano" la quiete e la tranquillità dell'appartamento, dotata di tutti i conformt necessari (Aria condizionata, lavatrice, WiFi etc.etc.).La signora che ci ha accolti è stata estremamente disponibile ed accogliente.

In realtà, più che un non piacere, è un suggerimento, metterei nel bellissimo balcone un tavolinetto, anche di quelli richiudibili perché il balcone è molto spazioso e fare colazione lì la mattina è molto gradevole, non ci siamo organizzati portandolo da Roma!😉

Pobyt bardzo udany z czego cała nasza grupa była bardzo zadowolona.

Obiekt nie zapewniał śniadania. Obiekt Ladispoli Suite jest bardzo korzystnie zlokalizowany i w pełni zapewniał nasze oczekiwania i potrzeby turystyczne i wypoczynkowe. Położony jest przy plaży z bardzo dobrym i bezpiecznym dostępem do morza. Wszędzie blisko : do plaży, do dworca kolejowego, obiektów handlowych, gastronomicznych i rozrywkowo - muzycznych. Wszystko było okey. Opinię tą już przekazałem znajomym i krewnym.

Siamo stati molto bene.

L'appartamento è vicinissimo alla spiaggia e al centro di Ladispoli. Noi ci siamo trovati molto bene. Nel soggiorno c'è un condizionatore, fondamentale per chi come noi, ha trascorso le vacanze estive, camera da letto, cucina, bagno e un balcone molto grande. Sicuramente verremo a trovarvi. Grazie
