A very friendly and affordable place to stay near the beach.

The apartment is full with everything you need, including a picnic thermobag, a picnic blanket and a beach umbrella! Some 3 minutes from the nearest beach. Inside a gated yard, very secure. The host is incredibly friendly, available for all matters. They kindly allowed us to check-out at our will, not at 10 AM as most other places, as there were no new guest on that day.

The town of Ladispoli is not among the most refined in Italy, frankly speaking. You do see all kinds of folks around, although nothing special or outrageous. Also, some cleaning job (dishes etc.) could have been done before our check-in.

Late-night check-in was no problem. Mrs. Azzurra arranged for us transport from airport and gave us valuable info about transport to Rome (train station 10 minutes walking). Calm place, 5 minutes walk to the beach (black sand).

The Host was super kind and thoughtful throughout my stay. Also this apartment is located just one block from the Sea and in proximity to many supermarkets.

It's a 12 minute walk from the nearest train station. Not a deal breaker for me, but it does require some planning.

Breakfast not included. The location was more than perfect. Five minutes from grocery store. Two minutes to the beach. Coffee bar across the street. Several restaurants close by. Very quiet neighborhood.

Best vacation rental around Rome!

The house is more than worth the money. Very well organized place close to the beach. The host is very welcoming!! The host Azzura was also kind to give us extra blankets and umbrella for the beach. The locality is nice, and close to both the beach and the centrum. Kitchen was equipped with everything needed for elaborate cooking. I would definetly stay here if I visit again.

Lovely place to fully enjoy Rome region

Owner was amazing and so welcoming. The flat is in a perfect condition, you can find anything you want (even a toaster and a juicer machine!). Enjoying breakfast on the balcony is so lovely. Highly recommended

Ottimo appartamento ideale per 4 persone a pochi passi dal mare!

L'appartamento è impeccabile, ha un soggiorno con cucina perfettamente attrezzata e due camere da letto matrimoniali entrambe dotate di bagno e balcone. A poca distanza si trova qualunque servizio si desideri, sia supermercati che ristoranti. Il lungomare si raggiunge in pochi minuti a piedi. Il parcheggio libero in strada è possibile senza problemi. Muovendosi in auto è un ottimo punto di appoggio anche per visitare Roma o, come nel nostro caso, per lavorare in fiera a Fiumicino. 4 adulti ci stanno comodissimi. La padrona di casa è di una gentilezza squisita; disponibile, pronta nel rispondere e di grande empatia.

L'appartamento è molto bello, ben arredato e ideale sia per una famiglia o coppie di amici. È silenzioso e a pochi passi dal mare , sicuramente esperienza valida!

Ci sono state alcune problematiche, che ci permettiamo segnalare... Siamo rimasti senza gas nel mezzo della preparazione di una cena e questo non va bene, la bombola si deve controllare prima dell'arrivo di ospiti ( la bombola era talmente leggera che si poteva alzare con una mano...e quindi capire facilmente che era vuota). Sia il coprimaterasso che le lenzuola erano troppo piccole e sempre ci siamo trovati a... dormire direttamente sul materasso...non va bene ! I vetri erano veramente sporchi ...peccato! Primo giorno del nostro arrivo i boiler non erano accesi ...ci siamo accorti di questo al nostro ritorno.... dal mare!!!? Wifi dato dopo molto tempo. Suggerimento, visto le piccole/ grandi problematiche avute, perché non approntare un foglio plastificato da lasciare in appartamento dove elencate, le istruzioni più importanti? Qualità / prezzo un pochino alto..

abbiamo scelto la scelto la struttura grazie alle ottime recensioni e la posizione comoda per quelli che erano i nostri spostamenti, ma in linea generale è comodissima a due passi dal mare e anche vicina al centro per una passeggiata.

la mancanza di shampoo e bagnoschiuma monouso, consigliamo di sostituire gli asciugamani (troppo colorati e che danno l’impressione di essere quelli di casa) con asciugamani bianchi e accappatoi, lo stesso per le lenzuola …insomma alcuni dettagli andrebbero curati meglio per il prezzo richiesto ma tutto sommato una buona esperienza.
