Such a good and quiet location! Not too close to the city centre but close enough by trams and buses.

The stairs were a bit squeaky so sometime I would wake my friend when I try to go down the stairs but other than that it’s 10/10

The properties location is great. I enjoyed everything about my stay. I really loved Florence

The living room area was a little tight

Es un apartamento acogedor y bien ubicado. Tiene 2 baños con ducha, lo que le hace muy práctico si van varias personas. Nosotras fuimos 2 y nos resultó muy cómodo, pero no lo recomendaría para más de 4 huéspedes, hay un sofá cama en el comedor pero el apartamento es pequeño para tantas personas.

La 2ª habitación es muy pequeña, con una ventana en el techo tipo buhardilla que aporta poca luz y ventilación, y carece de enchufes cómodos y accesibles. Fueron muy amables por entregarnos las llaves tarde, pero el coste del servicio (40€) es excesivo, deberían habilitar un dispensador de llaves con código de seguridad, como tienen muchos alojamientos, para evitar ese sobrecoste.

Our contact was very responsive, able to help us as much as he could. Two full bathrooms was great so my wife could spread her stuff out and I could always use the other one. Easy to access transportation for a young couple. Quiet neighborhood, full of the locals with some pleasant shops. This was our best vacation we ever had together

Alot of mosquitos, the bedrooms both felt like camping in a tent with the number of mosquitos that we dealt with The wifi was broken nearly our entire stay, our neighbor told us it has been broken for weeks. Took us countless escalations to fix it and we had to be at the property while they fixed it even though the issue ended up being external. Quiett hours basically mean make no noise, the walls are so thin that our neighbors baby couldn't handle us taking a shower at night in the upstairs bathroom.
