We absolutely loved this location, the apartment was easy to get into & communication with the owners was incredibly

We loved the room, the design style, the space and the location was great!

Our only complaint was that my husband needed a bottle opener for beer and a bottle of wine.

Stunning mini house, great for a city break

It was like having a little house all to ourselves and at such great value. Everything was clean, and we were given a bottle of water each. The coffee pod machine was great, too. The shower was lush, and the whole place was gorgeous. Great location, too!

I think I was allergic to the fabric conditioner or something.

Parking was not as easy as described. Street parking impossible and with traffic parking garage was too far away. However, the host on premise did arrange convenient parking in front of the property which was very much appreciated

Short stay in Florence

The location. Short walk to the bus and tram. Close to a convenience store. Great communication via what's app with host.

Noise level quite loud as windows not double glazed. No dining area. Table and chairs were in a bedroom. No door on the upstairs bedroom as it was at the top of a spiral staircase. Hard to fully close the front door.

Florence was HOT!

It was ok, clean, nothing special.

Not as close to the center as I would have liked. We thought we booked the lower rooms, close to the outside garden, the management said we booked the other rooms, up two flights of stairs. We would have preferred the other rooms,but they were not available. Otherwise, everything was ok. The rooms were clean.

Wonderful!!

The apartment was really nice. It was about 15 minute walk to historic center. There were plenty of restaurants and grocery store within two blocks. Also close to public transit. We used the kitchen and enjoyed the outdoor seating. The property host had great communication and was always available is there were extra needs.

This is a small thing but kitchen could use a couple extra cups.

Great place to spend the holyday in Florence

It was a nice italian style apartment, with beautiful yard. It’s close to the city center in a short walk. The room at the ground floor has the freshly coldness from stone walls. The one upstairs it’s warmer, even with the AC on. Very friendly staff. He tried to help with what we needed.

Had little cutlery, the fridge couldn’t keep up with the high temperature.

Just ok but not for kids

Great location and they let me park upfront which was a huge plus there is a portable bidet also huge plus

The apartment had huge stairs and very dangerous for children and my son fell off the bed unfortunately it was slippery at the edges The worst thing was sleeping downstairs where there is a huge window and little to no shade as the curtain was see through not blackout also spider webs on the ceiling in the stairs and dusty downstairs

Very clean, good location, huge bath and shower area, lovely large space and ideal for families

The location of the property is good, within walking distance of everything but also set just on the outskirts of town so it is quieter at night. The tram is nearby too so it is possible to use this for ease of getting to the centre of things or to the train station. The area felt safe and the instructions for accessing the property are communicated to you via Booking.com or whatsapp.

This apartment was an absolute gem—tucked away in the heart of Florence yet incredibly peaceful and quiet. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The space was immaculate—super clean, beautifully designed, and filled with natural light. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, creating an atmosphere that was both elegant and comfortable. The location couldn’t be better: just steps from Florence’s most iconic sights, yet removed enough to enjoy quiet evenings. After days of exploring the city, coming back to this serene space felt like a true retreat. Our host was wonderful—warm, welcoming, and responsive, offering helpful tips and ensuring we had everything we needed. It’s rare to find a stay that combines beauty, comfort, and hospitality so seamlessly. Truly the best stay ever—we can’t wait to return!

In the second floor apartment the decorator of the renovated parts are pretty sloppy looking very cheap not really matching the overall context. Walk-in Shower inside the bedroom it’s not a great idea

We had 2 nights in Florence before our flight home. This accommodation was perfect for our stay.

This is a unique property in the heart of Florence. Perfect for a couple. The medieval stables have been converted into 3 modern apartments, each with living room, eating area and galley kitchen on the ground floor. Upstairs is a comfortable bedroom and a stunning tiled bathroom with a sunken bath/shower. High ceilings create a spacious feeling. The central courtyard has tables and chairs and room for relaxing or entertaining. The location is quiet and convenient - walking distance to the major attractions. The Osteria Il Giardino di Barbano is a couple of blocks away and features local specialties ranging from pizza to beef filet with truffles. Cristian was a very helpful host with easy communication on WhatsApp.

The interior stairs are relatively steep and narrow. Not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. We left our suitcases on the lower level which worked well.

Decent spot just outside of the historical centre

- Hosts were waiting on us and were communicative. - Everything was as it should, only the airconditioning in the apartment with the bath had issues

- The renovation of the nearby area caused some noise and resulted in plaster in the bedroom to fall off.

It looks really pretty, has air conditioning, the street noise is fairly low. Contact over WhatsApp worked well.

There was no dishwasher, so definitely not something for more than two people cooking for several days. Lots of mosquitoes in August.

There was no breakfast. Location is decent.

The room is very small. If you are a family of 4, there is no space to walk. Wi-Fi doesn’t work even though there are 2 connections. There was a garbage left from Previous people and wasn’t cleaned when we arrived

Ottima posizione per poter visitare i principali punti di interesse del centro storico. Parcheggio in strada disponibile, gratuito nei giorni festivi. In alternativa parcheggio custodito a poca distanza. Locali per ristorazione per tutti i gusti a pochi passi. Alloggio adatto a famiglie con figli piccoli o adolescenti che si... "adattano" a spazi abbastanza ristretti. Adeguato come punto d'appoggio per soggiorni di qualche notte per visita della città.

Spazi molto ridotti dell'angolo cucina e in alcuni punti della camera da letto. Appartamento su due piani che il sistema di riscaldamento non copre adeguatamente, creando uno sbalzo notevole tra piano terra e primo.

Superbe appartement avec jardin

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cet appartement. Le lit du haut était vraiment très confortable, le canapé lit peut etre un peu moins pour un adulte mais restait malgré tout confortable. L'appartement est idéalement situé, nous avons tout fait à pied avec nos filles de 4 et 6 ans. Petit bonus, un jardin avec des sièges pour prendre le café le matin. Nos hôtes ont été accueillants et extrêmement réactif lorsque nous avons fait appel à eux. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Bel établissement, bien situé, sur rue active

Le principal avantage de cet établissement est d’être situé à proximité de la gare Firenze SMN tout en étant très proche du centre historique de Florence. À dix minutes à pieds, on est déjà dans les rues et ruelles de l’ancienne Florence. Très appréciables aussi les équipements : notre appartement comptait 2 salles de bains, plus une douche italienne.

En revanche, nous avons été surpris de nous trouver dans une rue assez passante, traversée de voitures jusqu’assez tard dans la soirée. Heureusement qu’une des chambres donnait sur la cour et proposait donc le calme nécessaire pour une nuit réparatrice. Il faut aussi ajouter que les frileux auraient besoin d’une couverture supplémentaire. Il convient cependant de préciser que la personne chargée de la bonne marche de l’établissement nous a plusieurs fois demandé, avec la plus grande gentillesse, de lui signaler nos besoins.

Ragni, muffa, puzza

Se siete allergici o asmatici state lontano, c'è puzza di muffa ovunque che hanno cercato di camuffare con profumatori ambiente e sacchetti negli armadi alla lavanda che peggiora la situazione. Il pavimento del piano terra è in mattoni grezzi impossibile da igienizzare infatti sono grigi, dimenticate i bei tappeti che ci sono nelle foto, nel nostro ingresso era sporco e logoro. Camera: ci ha dato il benvenuto un ragno al centro del letto! Ragnatele al soffitto. Federe sporche. Avevo prenotato a marzo per un soggiorno a settembre chiedendo la culla (presente nell'elenco dei servizi) per bimba di 3 anni ed avevo anche mandato un messaggio chiedendo se avessi dovuto portare la biancheria per la culla, mi avevano risposto che era tutto disponibile, il giorno dell'arrivo mi viene detto di avere a disposizione una culla modello next to me, quindi per neonato, al mio rifiuto mi hanno proposto il divano al piano inferiore, ho rifiutato per fortuna in quanto la scala è talmente ripida che la bimba aveva paura di salire e scendere, ed il bagno è al piano superiore, ci siamo visti costretti a fare dormire la bimba con noi. Cucina: stoviglie e pentole ok, una sola tazza per la colazione... Colazione: una scatola da 10 capsule di caffè aperta, probabilmente lasciata dai precedenti ospiti con una sola bustina di zucchero anche logata di un ristorante e null'altro. In bagno: peli sia nel bidet che nella doccia, doccia intasata. Asciugamani per la bambina solo viso e bidet, per fortuna avevamo il suo accappatoio. Parcheggio: per fortuna avendo il contrassegno disabili ci hanno fatto sostare in strada vicino all'albergo, solo una notte c'era il lavaggio strade quindi parcheggio 30€ per 12h.

这次旅行选择的酒店完全超出了我的期待，从进门到离店的每一刻都让人倍感舒心。工作人员的服务堪称满分，办理入住时效率极高，还主动询问我们的行程，细节里全是用心。房间更是惊喜，宽敞又明亮，床品柔软得像云朵，躺下瞬间就卸下了旅途疲惫。浴室做了干湿分离设计，有洗漱用品。最意外的是隔音效果，关窗后完全听不到外界噪音，这几天都睡得格外安稳。位置更是没话说，步行五分钟就到列车站，周边商场、便利店一应俱全，无论是逛街还是赶行程都超级方便。全程体验下来，服务、设施、位置没有一处短板，性价比直接拉满。下次来这座城市一定还住这儿！房东人真是太好太好了！

Nagyon kellemes!

Jó az elhelyezkedése a látnivalókhoz közel, a Dóm tér kellemes, kényelmes sétával 20-30 perc alatt elérhető. Nagyon közel van az "óvárosi" részhez. Az utcán ha szerencséd van rögtön találsz kék felfestésű parkolóhelyet a szállás előtt közvetlen, amiben parkolhatsz, fizetős, nem drágább mint egy parkolóház, ha jól emlékszek 1 napra 15 euró maximum.

Viccesen, az ágy sarka nagyon veszélyes tud lenni a kislábujjakra! 😉 Lehetne 1-2 főzőedény, mert vagy nem volt, vagy mi nem találtuk meg.
