We really liked the location. Outside of the busy and noisy areas, but close enough to walk to all the interesting places. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment for preparing and cooking meals.

This is a basement level apartment and it was very cold inside the whole time we were there. This was “shoulder” season and the heating system is turned off but there are still cold and rainy conditions. So for the times when we needed, or wanted, to stay inside it was uncomfortable. The a/c unit would not put out any warm air whatsoever, and the owner did not get it fixed while we were there. The owner did however finally provide us with a portable heater that helped a lot. This would likely be really comfortable during the heat of summer…? Also, we were not provided any trash bags after the initial one and were expected to purchase additional bags ourselves. Why should we be paying for additional garbage bags when we would need only one or two more? This was unreasonable.

Gute Lage, an sich schöne Wohnung aber leider einige negative Aspekte

Gefrierfach war zugefroren und somit nicht zu gebrauchen, viele Tote Mücken kleben an der wand und blutflecken, die offensichtlich nicht von zerschlagenen Mücken stanmen. Für 3 Personen (und 3 Betten) 2 Gabeln ist natürlich auch eine Unverschämtheit
