Apartament jest bardzo czysty, z udogodnieniami: pralka, lodówka z zamrażalką, zmywarka, mikrofalówka, żelazko z deską do prasowania, suszarka do włosów, klimatyzacja. Kuchnia wyposażona w odpowiednią ilośc sztućców , innych przyborów i naczyń kuchennych . Apartament znajduje się w spokojnej, bezpiecznej okolicy. W odległości 7 min (spokojnym spacerem) znajduje się przystanek tramwajowy , z którego to, w krótkim czasie, dojedziemy do centrum Florencji.
Ważna informacja- mieszkanie znajduje się na trzecim piętrze, w budynku bez windy. Mieszkania są wysokie- co powoduje, że aby dostać się na trzecie piętro trzeba pokonać wiele, wiele schodów. Dodatkowo obostrzenia związane z zachowaniem ciszy- po godz. 20:00 nie wolno używać żadnych głośnych urządzeń tj.: pralka, suszarka do włosów czy nawet głośne rozmowy.
