Staffs are great. They are very accommodating. They let us check in early and was fast to respond with our concern. The free snacks and drinks are such a treat.

Staff were very helpful, extremely good location (in the middle of Ximending Night Market and 5 min walk from Ximen MRT).
The hotel is located on the 12 and 13 floors of a building, with shared elevators with commercial stores on the lower floors (notably a cinema and multiple restaurants). So during peak hours and movie showings, there would be an extremely long queue and waiting time to access and exit the hotel.
