Perfect location particularly with first timers, accessible to all, train stations, buses and shops.
The only concern was that the loud music from the other floor was disturbing during daytime if you wanted to relax.

Location wise is perfect. Tourist friendly, Accessible for food, shopping and public transport like bus and metro.
All good except the KTV/ music noise in daytime is too loud if you want to relax and chill.
