    Travel to Taipei with my daughter for Mayday #5525 Back to That Day concert. Prior to arrival, hotel staff provided very detail info on how to get from TaoYuan airport to the hotel. The front desk staff was warm and efficient during a late night check in. Our room was spotless, quiet, and featured a comfortable king bed with crisp sheets. Great location, near to XiMen MRT station as well as the XiMenDing shopping district with various choices of shops and food outlets. I will stay here again on my next trip.

    This is not the 1st time i have stayed here. Even my family felt their warm & caring services throughout their stay. A special thank you to Ms Emma (Manager of West Gate) her attention of services exceed our expectation. She even walk the extra mile to allow us to rest at level 2.

    Great hotel, friendly staff. If you want to stay in Ximen this is a fine place. 50 meters from the subway.
