Very convenient location if you plan to stay in Ximending, NET is also in the building, approx 2-3 minutes walk to Ximen station also. Water pressure in the bathroom is great.
Weird smell in the bathroom even after clean up. Bed not realy that comfortable, it is good if you just want a place to sleep. No windows also.

Location super great, access is easy, close to main attraction
Next door room was having shower at 4AM and the shower sound penetrate my room badly. No sound insulation at all, cannot sleep after that.
