    The rooms were spacious and offered a nice view, making the location a definite highlight. However, the cleanliness and bathroom conditions left much to be desired, and the staff were not very helpful. Wi-Fi was unreliable, and amenities were lacking, which affected the overall experience despite decent facilities.

    I stayed over a week. The staff were nice however it is important to note there are two hotels in the same building. Sunny hotel seems to only be on two floors the rest is Relite Hotel. At check in I mentioned and showed my reservation for Sunny hotel. Although my booking said "Sunny" my key card and floor were for Relite hotel. Honestly the day of check in I was so exhausted from travel and didn't want to move my luggage. I did not realize till next day. At the time I already settled in. The room did not look like the images at all. My room was older, with old wallpaper and a very poor working TV. There was no AC unit or remote control, just old fashioned vent in the wall with a handle to open and close. You can hear the noise from the other rooms and halls but if you're tired enough you may be able to sleep through it. The room had hair and some mold in the bathroom. I do think cleaning could be improved but daily housekeeping provided water, taking out of trash and fresh towels each day. Again I'm disappointed not getting the room I originally booked. I believe Sunny hotel price is higher than Relite online. Please check during check in your are given the right room!! Also in the bathroom the tub was very high it can be uncomfortable for people taller than 165 cm. There were no slippers provided and I do recommend you have a pair. Thankfully hot water works well, during busy hours it may take more time to heat up. I hope in the future these hotel will be honest and truthful with reservations. Due to my luggage I did not want to make a fuse about my room. So I just accepted the conditions and inform you about my experience online. This hotel is in a busy area and they seem to be book constantly. I don't know if they would have help my case; especially with a long stay. If you're in a pinch and need a stay in this area, these hotels offer good location.
