Passage way is small . A bit difficult to pack and unpack if you have big luggages .

The staff is approachable and it’s clean.
There is so many people sleeping in the B1 lounge when I want to have breakfast there. I don’t know if they are their customer but they have their backpack with them. So I decided to take my food on our floor and eat outside of our room.

Beds with comfortable enough, with curtains for privacy, a shelf, a plug point and a hook by the bed. Staff explained things pretty clearly so check in and out were easy. Location was great with easy access to transport options across different train lines.
The surrounding street was pretty noisy with traffic noises so ear plugs were definitely necessary. Shower area could do with more hooks/ shelves.

It is a good hostel for location and has the potential to be a better hostel eg cleanliness, kitchen utensils, etc
Floors in the room were not swept whilst i was there, and the kitchen equipment, cups, plates, utensils et need upgrading
