Gotta love stairs

Mega shower stall. Very well equipped kitchen and big table. Great location near old town.

Be aware that the bathroom is on 2nd floor and one bedroom is on 3rd and one bedroom is on 4th floor.

Well designed house in the centre of Udine

Beautifully renovated old house in the centre of Udine. Spacious bedrooms and very comfortable bathroom. You can find all you need in the house. Host is very responsive and helpful.

The window frames are old meaning there are poor sound isolation. You can hear the street and church bells quite well. It was not a big deal for us, but might be an issue for people travelling with little kids.

Udine ist immer eine kurze Reise wert, wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt, hätten uns nur etwas mehr Wärme gewünscht.

Stilvoll renoviertes und sehr sauberes und besonderes Stadthaus in bester Altstadtlage von Udine. Parkplätze (blaue Zone) sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung vorhanden. Ebenso Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés, Restaurants vor der Haustür. Sehr bequeme Betten und zum Glück warme Bettwäsche.

Anscheinend darf die Heizung (Gastherme) nicht länger als 14 Stunden pro Tag laufen und die Innentemperatur laut Gesetz 19 bzw. maximal 21 Grad erreichen - was aber nie erreicht wurde leider. Trotz vorheriger Zusicherung einer wohnlichen Temperatur (20-21 Grad) war die Heizung zum Beispiel am Abend und beim Frühstück aus und somit teilweise lediglich knapp über 19 Grad (zB. um 07:30 Uhr) am Thermostat des Wohnraumes. Die Vermieterin war zwar immer erreichbar und erklärte die gesetzliche Lage, es war aber trotzdem hin und wieder leider kühl im alten Haus, welches auch relativ rasch abkühlt wenn die Heizung deaktiviert wird. Ein selbstständiges Einschalten ist nicht möglich bzw. verboten. Für 275,- Euro pro Nacht will man aber keine Kompromisslösungen. Wir waren übrigens zu Silvester bzw Neujahr da, die Außentemperatur betrug knapp über Null Grad.

Gut für einen Zwischenstopp.

Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort für einen Zwischenstopp in Udine. Sehr schön und klein die Stadt, Samstag Abend belebte Piazza. Alles vorhanden im Appartment. Parken in der Viale Armando Diaz is kostenfrei und ca 200 m entfernt. Bar nebenan. 500 m in die Stadt.

Die perfekte Unterkunft um die Altstadt zu erkunden

Die Lage ist perfekt - man hat direkt nebenan Geschäfte, Restaurants und ist in wenigen Minuten in der Altstadt. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft ist liebevoll eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht.
