Beautiful House in Stratford upon Avon

Lovely house in quiet residential area. Walking distance to the main sights of Stratford

Just a couple of niggles- I specifically asked about shampoo and shower gel and was told it was provided. But between 3 of us we were provided with just 2 miniature bottles of each to last all of us over 3 days. It would also be useful to provide things like tin foil and cling film etc in the kitchen and a bag for the waste food bin.

Perfect location for us, nice little house which is well equipped and clean. We have stayed here several times before and it was good to see that previous feedback has now been acted on. Responsive team too which meant we were able to get a late check-out which was appreciated.

It was exceptionally hot during our stay and a couple of fans in the bedrooms would have made a lot of difference. We stayed at another house nearby a few weeks ago and there were plenty of fans provided.

The location was great as not too far from the city centre and luckily there were also local shops close by. Maybe the home owner should state the shops location plus bus numbers and where they travel too. Otherwise it was a very comfortable few days away. There were lots of other interesting places to visit outside of Stratford.

Well where to start the home it’s self would be a beautiful home if more care and attention was paid to the property, the carpets were diabolical stained in numerous places, need a good clean or replaced, the washing machine was full of dirt, the plates were dirty, bed was ridiculous smelt like urine, and would have been more comfortable sleeping on the floor as the pillows were clearly old and over used definitely need to upgrade, the bathroom downstairs had mould in the corner, on the positive note the house did have everything required and the garden was beautiful you can see a lot of attention is paid in to the garden itself
