Удобное местоположение. Центр города, в самом старом и историческом районе Еревана. Удобные и комфортные "капсулы" для сна. Вежливый и приятный персонал, и адекватные и интересные соседи иностранцы. Ps: Не верьте тому что пишут в других отзывах! Лида замечательная и очень гостеприимная администратор. Очень интересная и приятная в общении. Как и все армяне! ❤🇦🇲🤝
В соотношении цены и качества минусов не обнаружил. Бытовые мелочи во внимание не беру.

la propriété, la femme de menage était gentille.
Qqn à dormi sur un sofa à poile, sans draps de lit. Il à fume dans l'établissement, devant la porte, dans les endroits communs.

- Goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding
- Geen warm water in douche - Aanrecht in keuken helemaal vol met vieze vaat - Ontzettend luidruchtig de hele avond, zelfs na 00.00 uur - Matrassen zijn vuil, zitten vlekken in “schoon” wasgoed - Geen parkeerplek voor de auto - Badkamer is smerig - Geen lockers voor bagage. Is je eigen verantwoordelijkheid als iets verdwijnt. - Het is een zooitje op de gemeenschappelijke slaapruimte met spullen op de grond. - Ventilator in bed werkt niet goed. Stinkt erg muf overal. - Badkamer stinkt naar het riool.
